KSHV infection of HUVECs 48 hr

Labeled 350 ng of total RNA of the following samples: 231: -KSHV, 48h, replicate A 232: -KSHV, 48h, replicate B 234: +KSHV, 48h, replicate A 235: +KSHV, 48h, replicate B The universal RNA (from Stratagene) was labeled with Cy3, whereas the rest were labeled with Cy5. Four arrays were hybed for 17hr. Arrays were washed with the Agilent buffers and with the ozone scavenger solution. 231 was hybed to: 251239137751 232 was hybed to: 251239137752 234 was hybed to: 251239137753 235 was hybed to: 251239137754 The arrays were scanned on GenePix axon scanner at 5uM resolution.
