Pursuant to Section 9(1)(1) of the Implementing Act to the Construction Code (AGBauGB), the Senate, in consultation with the Council of Mayors, may, by decision, determine that a particular area is of exceptional importance in urban politics.
依据《建筑法典实施条例（AGBauGB）》第9条第1款第1项之规定，参议院在征询市长委员会意见后，可通过决议认定某一特定区域在城市政治领域具有特殊重要性。
