Dataset of pollen limitation from 2633 pollen-supplementation experiments combined with plant threat status and values for thirteen reproduction and life history traits

This dataset supports the findings of the paper <b>Global meta-analysis shows that threatened flowering plants have higher pollination deficits</b><b> </b>(Lin et al., Nature Communications). The data are part of the GloPL dataset (Bennett et al., 2018; https://doi.org/10.1038/sdata.2018.249) with the inclusion of plant threat status. It contains two sheets. The first sheet contains data analyzed in the phylogenetic meta-analysis. The second sheet contains data analyzed in the structural equation modeling.
