Development plan Blankenese 44 Hamburg

The development plan Blankenese 44 for the scope of application between Stehrs Stairs, Süllbergsterrasse, Möller’s Stairs and Elbstrand (Coolna District, district 223) is established. The plan area shall be limited as follows: Northern boundary of parcel 1871 — Krumdal — Süllbergsterrasse — Süllbergstreppe — northwest and northeast boundary of parcel 143 — Elbterrasse — Möller’s staircase — via parcel 2146 (beach path), east borders of parcels 2146 (beach path) and 1536, via parcel 2176, southern boundary of parcel 2176, via parcel 2140, via parcel 2245 (beach path) — Stehrs Stairs — west and north boundary of parcel 2371, western boundary of parcel 2370, south and west border of parcel 1181, southwest and north border of parcel 1179, northwest boundary of parcels 1178, 1176 and 1174, western boundary of parcels 1173 and 1657, on the parcel 1871 of the Blankenese area.针对施泰尔斯楼梯（Stehrs Stairs）、叙尔贝格露台（Süllbergsterrasse）、默勒楼梯（Möller’s Stairs）与易北海滩（Elbstrand，库尔纳区，223区）之间的适用范围，布兰克内塞44号开发计划已正式确立。 本计划的划定区域边界如下：1871号地块北界 —— 克鲁姆达尔（Krumdal）—— 叙尔贝格露台 —— 叙尔贝格楼梯（Süllbergstreppe）—— 143号地块西北与东北界 —— 易北露台（Elbterrasse）—— 默勒楼梯 —— 经由2146号地块（海滨步道）、2146号地块与1536号地块的东侧边界，经由2176号地块、2176号地块南侧边界，经由2140号地块、2245号地块（海滨步道）—— 施泰尔斯楼梯 —— 2371号地块西界与北界、2370号地块西界、1181号地块南界与西界、1179号地块西南界与北界、1178、1176及1174号地块西北界、1173与1657号地块西界，终至布兰克内塞区域内的1871号地块。
