B-Plan 2-022 Subfield (INSPIRE)

Inspired-compliant development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development Plan 2-022 entered into force on 20 December 1978. A development plan contains the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order and is the central element of building management planning. The building community regulates where, what and how to build. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The data is available in the INSPIRE-PLU data model and is available via OGC:WMS and predefined ATOM.符合欧洲空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）标准的布赖斯高地区弗莱堡市开发规划。 开发规划2-022号于1978年12月20日正式生效。 开发规划包含针对城市规划秩序的具有法律约束力的固定条款，是建筑管理规划的核心组成部分。本规划明确了建设的选址、项目类型与实施方式。原则上，开发规划需以土地利用规划为基础编制。 本数据集采用INSPIRE-PLU数据模型，可通过开放地理空间联盟网络地图服务（OGC:WMS）与预定义ATOM格式获取。
