The One Health European Joint Programme BeONE Project – Salmonella enterica genomic dataset

Within the One Health European Joint Programme “BeONE: Building Integrative Tools for One Health Surveillance” (https://onehealthejp.eu/jrp-beone/), two complementary Salmonella enterica genome assembly datasets were compiled, based on Public read data (https://zenodo.org/record/7119735) and read data collected within the BeONE Consortium (https://zenodo.org/record/7267786). This BioProject comprises the anonymized sequencing reads of the 1,540 Salmonella enterica isolates collected within the BeONE Consortium. Disclaimer: As this dataset was anonymously compiled in the frame of the BeONE Project, some of these data may overlap with others published within Public repositories.
