The Digital Catastral Folder (DKM) is the graphical database of the cadastre in the coordinate system of the Austrian State Survey. It is managed by the competent surveying offices by catastral community. The DKM illustrates the location of the plots and contains: the boundaries of the land; the property numbers; Usage limits and symbols; the fixed, border and state border points with their numbers; other representations (sign key see Survey Ordinance 1994). The consistency of the data between the DKM and the land register is ensured by a daily comparison of the databases. List of plots: The land register is the real estate database of the cadastre and is managed by catastral community. It contains for each plot: catastral municipality number; Land number; Type of use and associated use; additional legal information (if available); Areas of use; Yield measurement; Business case number; Catastral municipality number of the deposit number; Number of deposits; other information for easier identification数字地籍档案（Digital Catastral Folder，DKM）是基于奥地利国家测量坐标系构建的地籍图形数据库，由主管测量机构按地籍管辖区开展运维管理。DKM可直观呈现地块空间位置，其收录内容包括：土地边界、宗地编号、使用限制与标识符号、固定界址点、宗地界址点及国家边界点及其编号，以及其他图示表达（符号规则详见《1994年测量条例》）。DKM与土地登记簿之间的数据一致性，通过每日比对两个数据库予以保障。宗地清单：土地登记簿是地籍不动产数据库，同样按地籍管辖区进行运维管理。其为每宗地存储以下信息：地籍行政区编号、宗地编号、用途类型及关联用途、附加法律信息（如有）、使用面积、收益测算值、业务案例编号、存储编号对应的地籍行政区编号、存储次数，以及其他便于识别的补充信息。
