Altitude at the level of the highest known waters (PHEC). Altitude that the water would reach for an exceptional flood i.e. usually for a centennial flood. These ratings have been determined: — during the development of Natural Risk Prevention Plans (NRPPs) — by studies outside the PPR: Informative Map of Inundatable Areas (CIZI) and subsequent studies This layer does not cover Toulouse because this PPRI does not have PHEC ratings but lockers. They're polygons.
