The objective of this study will be to evaluate the fecal microbiome of mice with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, treated with chronic doses of Fluoride. As it is known that type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and fluoride alone can affect the intestinal microbiota, from this we hope to see if there is an interconnection between microbiota, to possibly clarify the mechanisms involved and how exposure to F can affect type 2 diabetes mellitus .
