Clinical SARS-CoV-2 samples of known lineages were mixed in different ratios and used to validate MixviR software, which identifies lineages and estimates their frequencies from genome sequence of a target microbial group. Samples consist of mixtures of different ratios of Alpha, Delta, Omicron (BA.1) and/or Omicron (BA.2) lineages.
