EmoReIQ dataset

The EmoReIQ (Emotion Recognition for Iraqi Autism Individuals) dataset is a specialized EEG dataset designed to capture emotional responses in individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Typically Developed (TD). It focuses on five core emotions: calm, happy, anger, fear, and sad. The dataset is gathered through an experimental setup using video stimuli to elicit these emotions and records corresponding EEG signals from participants. For the emotion recognition process, the intersection of the 3D emotion domain Valence-Arousal-Dominance (VAD) is utilized to give several emotions.The dataset aims to differentiate between the emotional responses of ASD and TD groups, contributing to the research in emotion recognition and autism.EmoReIQ dataset Summary:-Number of subjects: 43 (28 ASD, and 15 TD), (aged between 4 and 14 years), (36 male and 7 female)-Number of video stimuli: 25 (5 calm, 5 happy, 5 anger, 5 fear, and 5 sad)-Emotion Labels: Low/High valence, Low/High arousal, and Low/High dominance
