A chromosome-level genome of blue tilapia (Actinopterygii: Cichliformes) based on the Oxford nanopore long-read sequencing technology

To try to provide a high-quality reference to help to figure out molecular events underlying the unique features of the species, we here provide a nearly chromosomal-level genome of O. aureus, based on the Oxford nanopore long-read sequencing and Hi-C technologies.
