Saxifraga oppositifolia isolate:SO18-H1-1-GN Genome sequencing

The study focuses on population genetics of a mixed ploidy population of Saxifraga oppositifolia in Svalbard. The ploidy levels meet here in a secondary contact zone and occasionally hybridize. The study aims to describe the population dynamics of the ploidy levels and, also, to detect adaptational differences of the ploidy levels.
