RNA sequencing of PPD3-OX transgene-positive (T+) dwarf and large, Gen1 memory dwarf, Gen2 memory dwarf and large, wild type. Overall design: Aboveground tissues were collected at bolting stage. Three biological replicates for each, T+ and Gen1 were siblings and Gen2 is progeny of Gen1.
