The RNA-seq of LsRGL1 stable transformation in leaf lettuce bolting sensitive line 'S39'

To explore the function of the LsRGL1 gene, Agrobacterium tumefaciens cultures containing the OE-LsRGL1 and RNAi-LsRGL1 vectors for gene overexpression or interference, respectively, were transformed into leaf lettuce plants. We started with total RNA extracted from three biological replicates of OE-LsRGL1, RNAi-LsRGL1, and WT leaf lettuce and used them to generate cDNA libraries, using Illumina high-throughput RNA sequencing.
