资源简介:
This study investigates how physical exercise influences the subjective well-being of older individuals by considering perceived social support, physical health, and mental health. It also explores the specific effects of exercise intensity and gender on the subjective well-being of this population. A total of 314 valid responses were obtained from older adults aged 60 and above in Luohe City through an offline questionnaire survey. Regression analysis was conducted using SPSS 26. to examine the associations between physical exercise, perceived social support, physical and mental health, and subjective well-being. Additionally, a mediation test was performed using the Bootstrap method.
This is the raw data from the current survey. The survey collected 314 questionnaires, which included demographic information (e.g., name, age) and assessments of four variables, such as physical exercise and subjective well-being. Furthermore, based on each participant's responses, corresponding scores for physical exercise, perceived social support, physical and mental health, and subjective well-being were calculated for each subject.
