Grapevine Leaf Elemental Composition

This data set contains measurements of leaf elemental composition for over 7000 grafted grapevine leaves measured across different leaf position, rootstock genotypes, phenological stages, and years. Thie data set contains each of the following: 1) Raw output from the DDPSC Ionomics Pipeline for each of the 9 timepoints. 2) Means and sds used for back-transformation into concentration space following imputation. 3) The imputed z-scores. 4) The full imputed data set in concentration space. 5) The full metadata set. 6) An archive/version of record for all Jupyter Notebooks used in this analysis.
