2. Compile enterprise data associated with the target industries, including: the number of qualification labels of key industrial chain enterprises (10 points for national-level, 6 points for provincial-level, 3 points for below provincial-level); the number of innovation platforms of key industrial chain enterprises (10 points for national-level, 6 points for provincial-level, 3 points for below provincial-level); the number of approved innovation projects of key industrial chain enterprises (10 points for national-level, 6 points for provincial-level, 3 points for below provincial-level); the number of innovation awards won by key industrial chain enterprises (10 points for national-level, 6 points for provincial-level, 3 points for below provincial-level).
3. Calculate the total qualification score, total innovation platform score, total approved innovation project score, and total innovation award score of key industrial chain enterprises by multiplying the quantity of each level indicator by the corresponding score and summing the products.
4. Calculate the dual-chain integration index of industrial chain and innovation chain. The formula is:
Dual-chain Integration Index of Industrial Chain and Innovation Chain = β₁ × Total Qualification Score + β₂ × Total Innovation Platform Score + β₃ × Total Approved Innovation Project Score + β₄ × Total Innovation Award Score
Where β₁ to β₄ are the weights of each indicator score, satisfying Σ(β₁, β₂, β₃, β₄) = 1.
