Toxicity of Mucura (Petiveria alliacea) extracts from the peruvian amazon against Daphnia magna for environmental protection and sustainable development

The processing of the original data of the research work is presented using Probit regression analysis as part of the PoloSuite statistical program used, as well as the dose-percentage response curves for the mortality of D. magna against the extracts of Petiveria alliaceae and the determination of the median lethal dose (LD50).本研究的原始数据处理过程已通过所用PoloSuite统计软件集成的概率单位回归（Probit regression）分析方法予以展示，同时还呈现了大型溞（D. magna）对多蕊商陆（Petiveria alliaceae）提取物的死亡率剂量-百分比响应曲线，以及半数致死量（LD50）的测定结果。
