Transcriptome of leaves, sap, and roots of papaya plant under well-watered condition and drought stress

This study was aimed to reveal the molecular responses of different tissues (leaves, sap, and roots) of papaya plants submitted to drought stress. This study would allow a better comprehension of papaya plant molecular responses to drought, the discovery of genes with biotechnological potential for the improvement of papaya plant crop, and a source of information for breeding programs.
