Southern Surveyor Voyage SS 06/2007 Multibeam Echosounder Data

Multibeam echosounder data collected on Southern Surveyor voyage 06/2007 using the Simrad EM300 multibeam echosounder to acquire high resolution seafloor bathymetry and backscatter information. This voyage took place off Papua New Guinea during July and August 2007. Ping rate varied according to depth. Data are stored in Simrad *.all raw format at CMAR and Geoscience Australia (GA). There are 459 files totalling 15.7 GB of raw data in this dataset. 本数据集为“Southern Surveyor”号科考船2007年第6航次采集的多波束测深声呐（multibeam echosounder）数据，本次航次采用Simrad EM300多波束测深声呐获取高精度海底地形（seafloor bathymetry）与反向散射（backscatter）信息。航次于2007年7月至8月在巴布亚新几内亚周边海域开展，声呐脉冲发射速率（ping rate）随水深变化。数据以Simrad *.all原始格式（raw format）存储于CMAR与澳大利亚地质科学局（Geoscience Australia, GA），总计包含459个文件，总原始数据量达15.7 GB。本数据集的补充信息详见本次航次的航次报告及/或数据处理报告（如可获取）。
