GENDER POLICY IN MODERN EDUCATION AND ITS EFFECTIVENESS

This article examines the implementation and effectiveness of gender policy in modern education. It analyzes how educational institutions promote gender equality, create equal opportunities for boys and girls, and reduce gender-based discrimination. The study also highlights the role of teachers, curricula, and administrative strategies in ensuring gender-sensitive education. Particular attention is paid to the impact of gender policies on students’ academic performance, social development, and awareness of gender equality. The article concludes with recommendations for improving gender policy implementation and enhancing its effectiveness in contemporary educational systems.
