Banksia marginata seed production areas (SPAs)

Microsatellite and SNP data were generated to assess genetic diversity, population genetic structure and relatedness in two SPAs and remnant populations in the Goulburn Brokn CMA VictoriaLineage: Microsatellites from other Banksia species were tested and selected. SNPs were generated via DARTs.

本研究生成了微卫星（Microsatellite）与单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP）数据集，用以评估维多利亚州古尔本-布鲁肯流域管理局（Goulburn Brokn CMA）内两个特定保护区域（Special Protection Areas, SPAs）及其残存种群的遗传多样性、种群遗传结构与亲缘关系。
标记筛选谱系：针对其他班克木属（Banksia）物种的微卫星标记经测试与筛选后获得；单核苷酸多态性标记则通过多样性阵列技术（DART）生成。
