Falsify Before You Constrain: Data, Code, and Reproducibility Package

This record contains the data, source code, frozen protocols, saved results, registry databases, machine-readable evidence records, and fail-closed verification tools supporting the manuscript “Falsify Before You Constrain: A Revocable Evidence Lifecycle for Versioned Monotonic Expert Rules”. It implements and audits a lifecycle profile in which monotonic expert rules are represented as versioned, revocable evidence objects with explicit bindings, state transitions, conflicts, lineage, and fallback semantics. Saved outputs cover prespecified internal evaluation and later falsification and confirmation analyses, including lifecycle conformance, PROV-O queries, an MLflow adapter, governed conflict resolution, and empirical rule-instance registries. Every release file is protected by SHA-256 inventories. All raw datasets are public and retain their original licences and citations; no private or sensitive data are included.
