Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Natural Areas of Environmental Interest Faunistic and Floristic Type 2 (ZNIEFF) in the Great East

A ZNIEFF is defined by the scientific identification of a sector of the national territory of particular ecological interest. All of these sectors thus constitute an inventory of exceptional or representative natural areas. Type II areas are large natural settlements (forestry, valley, plateau, estuary...) rich and unmodified, or which offer significant biological potential. In these areas, it is important to respect the broad ecological balances, taking into account, inter alia, the vital domain of sedentary or migratory wildlife.ZNIEFF（生态重要自然区域）是经科学划定、具备特殊生态价值的国家领土片区。所有此类片区共同构成了珍稀或典型自然区域的名录。 II类区域为规模庞大的自然区域（涵盖林业区、河谷、高原、河口等类型），其生态系统原生完整、物种丰富，或具备显著的生物多样性潜力。在此类区域中，需维持整体生态平衡，尤其应兼顾定居型与迁徙型野生动物的生存栖息需求。
