These applications are not authorisations. Many of these applications are being processed (number indeterminate as the Paris City Hall does not communicate authorisations — as of September 2nd). The data reprocessed, with analysis, without aberration and without obvious duplicates (we deliberately left duplicates because there was no rule to delete them in series.
