This is the external Supplementary Information for our publication "Engineering of conserved sequence motif 1 residues in halohydrin dehalogenase HheC simultaneously enhances activity, stability and enantioselectivity", hosting the NMR data for the purified and characterized products arising from nucleophilic ring opening of glycidyl phenyl ether (4). Specifically, this includes 1H, 13C, HSQC and HMBC data for products 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, and 4h, in addition to the mixture 4e (for which we also provide COSY data).
