Data, codebook and Case Report Form (CRF) produced as part of a study to assess inter-observer reliability of the assessment of patients with cutaneous leishmaniasis. It contains variables on lesion size, lesion location, morphology features, Cutaneous Leishmaniasis type, and CL severity.
