这个表主要保存财政预算项目的绩效目标。由预算部门在申报项目预算时填报。绩效目标既是预算编制阶段资金安排的前提条件和基础，也是预算执行中绩效运行监控的主要内容，还是预算执行完毕后绩效评价实施的重要依据。

This table primarily stores the performance targets of financial budget projects, which shall be filled out by budget departments when submitting project budget applications. Performance targets serve not only as the prerequisite and foundation for fund allocation in the budget preparation stage, but also as the main content of performance operation monitoring during budget implementation, and an important basis for conducting performance evaluation after the completion of budget execution.
