Proteome and metabolome alterations in radish (Raphanus sativus L.) seedlings induced by inoculation with Agrobacterium tumefaciens

Here we provide a comprehensive explorative proteomics survey aiming at intensive charac-terization of metabolic shifts and molecular events accompanying plant responses to inoculation with A. tumefaciens culture. Based on the comprehensive proteomics dataset complemented with an untargeted metabolite profiling, we characterize the metabolic shifts, associated with agro-bacterial infection
