本数据产品是基于赣州市国有资产投资集团有限公司下属子公司赣州市振龙资产管理有限公司的自有房屋资产经营业务数据（自有资产佐证详见附件四： 赣州市振龙资产管理有限公司自有资产样例） ，通过授权给同为赣州市国有资产投资集团有限公司下属子公司的赣州市数字产业集团有限公司后， 进行梳理、汇总、 分析后而形成一个经营业态数据产品。本经营业态数据是过专人对每一宗资产数据进行更新、 维护、汇总、分析后得到的经营业态数据。 本数据通过筛选关键数据信息，得到资产租赁状态、租赁业态，并可以根据定位获取周边资产租赁信息，从而方便客户更好选择资产进行租赁业务或者选择经营业态。This data product is developed from the operating business data of self-owned housing assets held by Ganzhou Zhenlong Asset Management Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Ganzhou State-owned Assets Investment Group Co., Ltd. (Proof of the self-owned assets is detailed in Appendix 4: Sample of Self-owned Assets of Ganzhou Zhenlong Asset Management Co., Ltd.). The data was first authorized to Ganzhou Digital Industry Group Co., Ltd., another subsidiary of the same parent group, and then processed through sorting, summarization and analysis to form this business format data product. This business format dataset is obtained by dedicated personnel who update, maintain, summarize and analyze each individual asset record. By screening key data points, this dataset can provide asset leasing status and business formats, and support acquiring surrounding asset leasing information based on geographic location, so as to help customers better select assets for leasing business or choose appropriate business formats.
