Reference part (Artefact) for Fused Deposition Modelling

A reference part (artefact) represents any ideal part printed in the additive manufacturing machine under consideration. It is used to check the print quality of the part produced by Fused Deposition Modelling. The reference part is printed using the additive manufacturing machine whose quality has to be ascertained. The part is then measured with suitable instruments to determine its quality (Examples: Dimensional accuracy, surface finish, etc.). This reference part is designed to measure form, profile, orientation and location.参考件（artefact）指在待评估的增材制造设备（additive manufacturing machine）中打印的任意理想工件。其用于检测通过熔融沉积建模（Fused Deposition Modelling）制备的工件的打印质量。该参考件需通过待验证打印性能的增材制造设备进行打印，随后使用合适的测量仪器对其进行检测以评定质量，例如尺寸精度（Dimensional accuracy）、表面光洁度（surface finish）等。此参考件的设计目的为检测形状（form）、轮廓（profile）、方位（orientation）及位置（location）误差。
