Edge support

The Wizard system’s Border Support target category belongs to the Equipment Register’s Equipment dataset. The data covers the road network maintained by the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency. The descriptions of the properties and the correspondence between the target category and the type of data in the Road Register can be found here at https://ohje.velho.vaylapilvi.fi/tietokuvaus/#Ominaisuustietokuvaukset. In the road register, the data type has been called “Runakivet”. The edge supports are structures that can be installed with glue, immersion, etc., the purpose of which is to support and delineate the periphery of the pavements, etc. For the target category, the edge supports located along roads and walking and cycling routes are recorded.
