资源简介:
Oxidative stress is intimately linked to a spectrum of diseases in chickens, representing a significant issue that urgently needs to address in the poultry industry.Curcumin and selenium are both recognized for their great antioxidant effects, however, the combination use of them in broilers has not been reported. This study aims to demonstrate the synergistic antioxidant effects of CUR and Se in vitro and in vivo, and to explore the underlying antioxidant mechanism. The experiments were performed on DF-1 cell line and 400 male white feather broilers, hydrogen peroxide and dexamethasone were used to conduct oxidative stress model. Here are Transcriptome Sequencing results of liver tissue from 42-day-old chickens. In the results, we divided the basal diet group into blank group and control group, the blank group was marked as group A and the control group as group B. Groups fed CUR were marked as group C and those fed Se as group S. The groups fed CUR and Se were labeled C+S.
