This dataset contains trace element concentration data of river sediments in the Yarlung Zangbo River Basin, Tibet, collected during dry, wet and normal water periods from 2016 to 2018. It takes sampling sites as the basic unit, recording and measuring the trace element characteristics of river sediments in the target basin. The dataset includes the following fields: serial number, sampling site name, latitude, longitude, altitude, sampling time, water period, as well as lithium (Li), titanium (Ti), vanadium (V), chromium (Cr), manganese (Mn), iron (Fe), cobalt (Co), nickel (Ni), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), gallium (Ga), arsenic (As), selenium (Se), molybdenum (Mo), silver (Ag), cadmium (Cd), thallium (Tl), lead (Pb) and total mercury. There are a total of 568 rows of records in this dataset.
