# # The dataset The dataset presents the quantities placed on the market for the pathways: * Wastes of furnishings (from 2017 onwards); * Waste electrical and electronic equipment (from 2018 onwards); * Cells and accumulators (from 2018 onwards); * Used pneumatic tyres (from 2018 onwards); * Wastes from pleasure or sports craft (from 2019 onwards). * * Data update date: August 2021 * * # # Data update rules The data shall be updated annually by the declarations of eco-bodies and individual producers. During the reporting period of year N for year N-1 data, changes could be made to the reporting of data from previous years (N-2 and N-3). # # General on PWR pathways The State entrusted ADEME with the establishment and management of the registers of compulsory annual declarations of distributors on the market under the following [REP channels] (https://www.ademe.fr/expertises/dechets/elements-contexte/filieres-a-responsabilite-elargie-producteurs-rep): * Waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE); * Cells and accumulators (PA); * Used pneumatic tyres (UPs); * End-of-life motor vehicles (ELVs); * Wastes of furnishings (DEA); * Graphic papers (PAP); * Household packaging (EMB); * Wastes from pleasure or sports craft (DBPs). This list will be enriched as the AGEC Act enters into force, with: * In 01/01/2022, the sectors: Tobacco products, Lubrifiers (HU), DIY and garden articles (ABJ), Sports and Leisure Goods (ASL), Toys, Products and Materials of the Building Construction Sector (PMCB), * In 01/01/2023, the catering packaging industry, * In 01/01/2024, chewing gum and single-use sanitary textiles, * In 01/01/2025, the fishing industry. These registers are managed in the SYDEREP application, allowing eco-organisations or producers in an individual system to provide direct information on their data. Since the purpose of these registers is to measure the overall performance at national level of each of the PWRs, ADEME draws up and publishes annually, via its [Librairie] (https://librairie.ademe.fr/), an inventory of the sectors with a number of agglomerated indicators, supplemented by qualitative analysis from the players in each sector. Data from these registers are now available at https://data.ademe.fr: * The list of producers entered on SYDEREP, for all sectors; * The quantities placed on the market for DEA, WEEE, PA, PU and DBPs; * Tonnage collected for DEA, WEEE, PA, PU and ELV pathways; And certain indicators, as and when they are made available.# 数据集说明 本数据集展示了以下处置路径的上市投放量： * 家具废弃物（2017年起纳入统计）； * 废弃电子电气设备（Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment, WEEE，2018年起纳入统计）； * 电池与蓄电池（Cells and accumulators，2018年起纳入统计）； * 废旧充气轮胎（Used pneumatic tyres，2018年起纳入统计）； * 休闲或运动船舶废弃物（Wastes from pleasure or sports craft，2019年起纳入统计）。 * * 数据更新日期：2021年8月 * * # 数据更新规则 本数据将由生态组织与个体生产商申报更新，更新周期为每年一次。在第N年度针对N-1年度数据的申报周期内，可对前两个年度（N-2及N-3年）的数据申报内容进行修正。 # 生产者延伸责任处置路径（PWR pathways）概况 法国政府委托法国环境与能源管理署（Agence de l'Environnement et de la Maîtrise de l'Énergie, ADEME）建立并管理以下[REP路径（REP channels）](https://www.ademe.fr/expertises/dechets/elements-contexte/filieres-a-responsabilite-elargie-producteurs-rep)下的市场经销商年度强制申报登记系统： * 废弃电子电气设备（Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment, WEEE）； * 电池与蓄电池（Cells and accumulators, PA）； * 废旧充气轮胎（Used pneumatic tyres, UPs）； * 报废机动车（End-of-life motor vehicles, ELVs）； * 家具废弃物（Wastes of furnishings, DEA）； * 印刷用纸（Graphic papers, PAP）； * 家用包装材料（Household packaging, EMB）； * 休闲或运动船舶废弃物（Wastes from pleasure or sports craft, DBPs）。 随着《AGEC法案》正式生效，该登记路径清单将逐步扩容，新增品类如下： * 2022年1月1日：烟草制品、润滑油（Lubrifiers, HU）、DIY与园艺用品（DIY and garden articles, ABJ）、体育与休闲用品（Sports and Leisure Goods, ASL）、玩具、建筑施工领域产品及材料（Products and Materials of the Building Construction Sector, PMCB）； * 2023年1月1日：餐饮包装行业； * 2024年1月1日：口香糖与一次性卫生纺织品； * 2025年1月1日：渔业相关行业。 上述登记系统通过SYDEREP应用程序进行管理，允许生态组织或采用个体申报体系的生产商直接提交相关数据。鉴于此类登记系统的核心目标是衡量各生产者延伸责任处置路径在全国层面的整体绩效，ADEME每年都会通过其[资料库（Librairie）](https://librairie.ademe.fr/)编制并发布各行业汇总报告，包含多项聚合指标，并补充各领域从业者的定性分析内容。 目前，上述登记系统的数据已在https://data.ademe.fr 公开： * 全行业已在SYDEREP系统完成登记的生产商名单； * 家具废弃物（DEA）、废弃电子电气设备（WEEE）、电池与蓄电池（PA）、废旧充气轮胎及休闲/运动船舶废弃物（DBPs）的上市投放量； * 家具废弃物（DEA）、废弃电子电气设备（WEEE）、电池与蓄电池（PA）、废旧充气轮胎及报废机动车（ELVs）的回收吨位； * 其余指标将视开放进度逐步公开。
