Assembled de novo transcriptome, part of NCBI Bioproject PRJNA971902Assembly method:<br>After sequencing, raw reads were filtered by removing adaptor sequences, contamination and low-quality reads (i.e. read quality set to Phred score +33 with SOAPnuke). Cleaned reads were assembled into a de novo transcriptome using Trinity 2.8.5 with default parameters in paired-end mode. Transdecoder 5.50 was used to trim the transcriptome based on ORFs (at least 100 bp in length), followed by removal of transcripts matching prokaryotic or viral origins based on Trinotate 3.2.1 annotation using Blastx, Blastp, Pfam, UniProt-SwissProt, GO, eggNog and KEGG databases.
