The dataset includes the following information used in the article "WRF-SBM Numerical Simulation of Aerosol Effects on Stratiform Warm Clouds in Jiangxi, China": satellite-observed cloud-top temperature data, WRF model simulation results, and simulated initial aerosol spectral information.The cloud-top temperature data used in the article was obtained from the National Meteorological Science Data Center in China and represents the hourly cloud-top temperature product observed by the VISSR instrument on the FY2G satellite.The WRF model simulation was configured as follows: The simulation region can be seen in Figure 1, with a duration from 18:00 on December 24, 2014, to 06:00 on Dec. 25, 2014 (Coordinated Universal Time, UTC). The simulation area is located in the southern part of Ganzhou City, eastern Jiangxi Province, China. The simulation adopted a two-layer nesting approach with grid resolutions of 3 kilometers and 1 kilometer, and the innermost layer grid size is 376×376. For more details about the data, please refer to the data description.The initial aerosol spectral data includes information on the aerosol spectral distribution for 1 hour within the initial conditions of one control group and six experimental groups mentioned in the article.
