The aim of the Babuung Plan Change is the sustainable development and re-densification of these properties.基于XPlanung 5.0标准的莱兴根镇（Laichingen）「东南区与克赖恩劳（Krähenlau）」开发规划网络地图服务（Web Map Service，WMS）。说明：莱兴根市通过《东南区与克赖恩劳第10次变更开发规划》，响应歌德大街（Goethesraße）北侧市中心周边区域的住宅建设用地实际需求。本次规划变更的目标是实现上述地块的可持续开发与再密集化。
