Principal Component Analysis of Gait Kinematics in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis and Healthy Controls

Results from a prinicpal component analysis of healthy and knee osteoarthritis gait kinematics derived from motion capture data. Containined within are .mot files with gait kinematics for the major modes of variation as well as the mean for both groups. Also contained within are associated OpenSim Musculoskeleletal models.
