Soil Microbial Community Responses to Nutrient Limitation in a Flue-Cured Tobacco-Barley Rotation System

This project investigates how nutrient limitation influences soil microbial communities and tobacco disease development in a flue-cured tobacco-barley rotation system. By analyzing soil samples under different fertilization treatments, the study examines changes in microbial diversity and community structure, as well as their relationships with major tobacco diseases. The project aims to improve understanding of how soil nutrients shape microbe-pathogen interactions and to support more sustainable nutrient and disease management practices in tobacco production.
