A Pascal program for the least-squares evaluation of standard RBS spectra

Abstract
A computer program for least-squares fitting of energy spectra obtained in common Rutherford backscattering (RBS) analyses is described. The samples analyzed by RBS technique are considered to be made up of a finite number of layers, each with uniform composition.
