资源简介：
FOXODB is a database aimed at manually collecting experimentally verified direct targets of FOXO transcription factors (FOXOs). FOXOs are at the interface of crucial cellular processes, orchestrating programs of gene expression that regulate apoptosis, cell-cycle progression, and oxidative stress resistance. In invertebrates, there is only one FOXO gene, termed daf-16 in the worm and dFOXO in the fly. In mammals, there are four FOXO genes, FOXO1, FOXO3, FOXO4, and FOXO6. Currently, FOXODB collects about 300 entries including more than 200 FOXOs direct targets. We believe FOXODB will be a valuable resource for related research community.
