Identification and type of interactions tested between variables in original papers of a review for the system diversity, productivity, light and nutrients

This dataset summarizes the type of interaction that original papers from a review had tested. The columns titles are as follows: AU: authors (et al. used for multiple authors) of original papers usedYear: Year of publication of original papersType of coefficient reported: Type of effect size reported for interactions (definition of effect sizes considered are in Parreño et al 2019 - in review)Other tested interactions: Interactions tested in the papers that don't appear in the rest of the columnsCovariates: Variables considered by the authors as following other main variable changesNumber of independent observations: Number of independent studies within a single paper The rest of the columns states the interactions that were tested in original studies. Effect variables are placed first and response variables second. For example: "Diversity_Nutrients" is the interaction between changes in diversity as an effect variables and responses in nutrient availability. Content of the columns: - Number 1: indicates that this interaction was reported with an effect size- Number 2: indicates that this interaction was reported with a p-value or significance test only- Number 3: indicates that this interaction was not reported even when data was collected during the study- No number in the content (empty cell): indicates that this interaction was not studied in that paper.
