Information on the areas and sectors of management of the consolidated urban planning of the Territorial Information System of the Community of Madrid. Technical work – without legal validity – of recasting urban planning. It is carried out based on the general planning in force vectorially digitised in each municipality. From it, it is updated chronologically with each of the definitively approved urban planning instruments. It has been made from the layers of general planning and modifications and planning of development of SIT, respecting the same data model and technical quality. Data reference date as of 30 June 2019.本数据集涵盖马德里自治区领土信息系统（Territorial Information System）整合型城市规划的管理范围与细分领域相关信息。本数据集为城市规划重塑的技术性工作成果，不具备法律效力。其编制以各市政管辖区域内已完成矢量化数字化的现行总体规划为基础，并按时间序列，依托所有正式获批的城市规划文件进行动态更新。数据集依托SIT的总体规划图层、规划修改方案及开发规划图层制作，严格遵循统一的数据模型与技术质量标准。数据基准日期为2019年6月30日。
