Defibrillators of the City of Paris

**Location of automatic defibrillators managed by the City of Paris** To define the defibrillator installation program in Paris, a study was carried out by SAMU 75, the Paris Fire Brigade and the Sudden Death Reference Center. Most of the cardiac stops occur near the train stations, in public places with a large flow of people (large boulevards, large squares especially during gatherings, interconnecting public transport nodes), as well as in the woods and parks frequented by sportsmen (Bois de Vincennes, Parc des Buttes-Chaumont...). For several years, all swimming pools, stadiums and sports centers, town halls, museums of the City of Paris, some popular libraries, as well as administrative buildings receiving the public have been equipped with defibrillators. Since 2016, it is the large Parisian parks that are equipped with fully automatic defibrillators, very easy to use and available 24 hours a day. This rapid increase in defibrillator equipment (152 new devices) is made possible thanks to the financial support provided by the CNP Insurance Foundation. Several devices are accessible 24 hours a day: 16 autonomous Aivia Solo stations hosting external automatic defibrillators have been deployed in Paris 44 exterior cabinets housing automatic defibrillators are installed on the façade (mainly in parks but also on the facade of schools) Concerning equipment: 662 interior cabinets hosting automatic defibrillators. Since March 2021 a hundred new devices have been installed in churches and in Ehpad, parks, museums, some schools, Ferme de Paris, covered markets...**巴黎市管理的自动体外除颤器（automatic defibrillator）分布情况** 为制定巴黎市自动体外除颤器安装规划，SAMU 75、巴黎消防局及猝死参照中心联合开展了一项研究。 绝大多数心搏骤停事件发生在火车站周边、人流密集的公共场所（含大型林荫大道、举办集会的大型广场、公共交通接驳枢纽），以及运动爱好者常至的林地与公园（如文森森林、肖蒙山丘公园等）。 多年来，巴黎市所有游泳池、体育场、体育中心、市政厅、博物馆、部分热门图书馆及面向公众开放的行政办公楼均已配备自动体外除颤器。自2016年起，巴黎大型公园陆续安装了操作简便、全天候可用的全自动体外除颤器。 此次自动体外除颤器装备规模的快速扩张（新增152台设备），得益于CNP保险基金会（CNP Insurance Foundation）提供的资金支持。 以下设备可全天候启用： 1. 巴黎市内已部署16台搭载外置自动体外除颤器的独立Aivia Solo工作站 2. 44台容纳自动体外除颤器的户外机柜安装于建筑外立面（主要分布于公园，部分设于学校外墙） 相关设备统计： 662台容纳自动体外除颤器的室内机柜。 自2021年3月起，新增的百台设备已安装于教堂、养老机构（Ehpad）、公园、博物馆、部分学校、巴黎农场及室内市场等场所。
