本数据集涵盖2000-2011年澜沧江流域59县，包含基本情况：行政区域面积、乡镇个数、村民委员会个数、年末总户数、年末总人数、等12字段；综合经济：第一产业增加值、第二产业增加值、地方财政预算内收入、财政支出、城乡居民储蓄存款余额、年末金融机构各项贷款余额等6字段；基本建设：粮食产量、棉花产量、油料产量、肉类总产量、规模以上工业企业数、规模以上工业总产值、基本建设投资等7字段；教育卫生情况：普通中学在校学生数、小学在校学生数、医院、卫生院床位数、社会福利院数、社会福利院床位数等5字段；共计30字段的数据。

This dataset covers 59 counties in the Lancang River Basin spanning the period 2000–2011, with a total of 30 data fields divided into four categories: 1. Basic Profile: 12 fields including administrative area, number of townships, number of villagers' committees, total year-end households, total year-end population, etc.; 2. Comprehensive Economic Indicators: 6 fields including added value of the primary industry, added value of the secondary industry, local fiscal budgetary revenue, fiscal expenditure, balance of savings deposits of urban and rural residents, and balance of various loans of financial institutions at year-end, etc.; 3. Capital Construction: 7 fields including grain output, cotton output, oil crop output, total meat output, number of industrial enterprises above designated size, gross output value of industrial enterprises above designated size, and capital construction investment, etc.; 4. Education and Health Conditions: 5 fields including number of students enrolled in regular secondary schools, number of students enrolled in primary schools, number of hospital and health center beds, number of social welfare institutions, and number of beds in social welfare institutions, etc.
