Defining "Natural Intentionality" in Interstellar Objects: An Autonomous System Model Based on the Non-Ballistic Behavior of 3I/ATLAS

If interstellar objects such as 3I/ATLAS are indeed of natural origin, then their observed behavior suggests that natural systems themselves may exhibit goal-oriented, selective dynamics. This work does not claim proof of intent, but argues that the appearance of intentionality is not an anomaly to be dismissed, but a phenomenon requiring its own physical and conceptual explanation.
