EFFECT OF OLIGOHYDRAMNIOS ON THE COURSE OF LABOR AND FETAL CONDITION DURING PREGNANCY
收藏资源简介:
This study evaluates the influence of oligohydramnios on the course of labor and fetal condition. Oligohydramnios is an important obstetric condition that may be associated with fetal heart rate abnormalities, meconium-stained amniotic fluid, prolonged labor, labor induction, and operative delivery. The study assessed maternal and fetal characteristics, amniotic fluid volume, labor progression, mode of delivery, and early neonatal outcomes in pregnancies complicated by oligohydramnios. Particular attention was paid to fetal heart rate monitoring, ultrasound assessment of fetal growth, Apgar scores, birth weight, and the need for additional neonatal care. The findings indicate that timely diagnosis, regular antenatal surveillance, and individualized obstetric management are important for reducing potential maternal and perinatal complications. Careful assessment of fetal well-being and appropriate selection of delivery tactics may contribute to improved neonatal outcomes.
