Gaia FGK Benchmark Stars version 2.1 (GBS v2.1) is a curated FGK stellar dataset created by institutions including the Astronomy Core, School of Engineering and Science, Diego Portales University, among others, containing 36 stars. This dataset utilizes high-resolution spectroscopic data and covers a broad range of metallicities. The angular diameters of most of these stars were measured via interferometry, and their effective temperatures were subsequently determined using the Stefan-Boltzmann relationship. The creation of this dataset involved detailed spectroscopic analysis of stellar parameters, and it has been applied to the validation and calibration of multiple spectroscopic catalogs.
